Would have rated this Hotel as the very very best that both me and my partner have stayed in except for a couple of minor issues. We booked on line and added a room upgrade, but when booking in at the Hotel, they could not find our booking reference and as such they asked us to pay again. They finally found our booking, but we were booked in to a standard room although we should have had included in our room rate tea and coffee making facilities and espresso coffee machine, but nothing was available so Reception then moved us from our room (double bed) to another room (single beds) and then delivered the coffee machine and kettle etc. Throughout the week, there were lots of Conference delegates and it seemed the hotel were more attentive to them than they were to the general public and we were not allowed access to the restaurant whilst the delegates were present, although we could eat in the bar, but the menu was limited and very expensive ( Beef burger no Chips £20 euros). On our final day, we did not need to check out until midday, but house keeping knocked on our door several times from 08.30 onwards asking us if we were leaving soon, so they could service the room. Upon checking out, Reception tried charging us another £78 euros for the room upgrade which we had already paid for and after several minutes of checking, they gave us a refund of 1 euro. This may sound negative, but it’s not. The hotel staff we dealt with, were just the nicest people in the world and went out of their way to make things right, Despite the minor issues, there is no hotel in Düsseldorf that my partner and I would rather stay in. Yes there were issues, but the way the hotel staff dealt with made it a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is near the central train station but beyond that, it does not have a lot going for it. The building, rooms and staff are good; what you'd expect from a business-oriented hotel. The lounge area is well-suited for working out meeting outside your rooms and the bar offers pricey, but decent food and snacks. There's nothing wrong with those hotel, but there is also not much to recommend it.

Excellent and pleasant stay at NH with good connection to the city. Late arrival with good parking possibility and fast approach at the desk. The room was clean and spacious for the stay. Great breakfast in the morning makes the start a smiling one.

Stayed for 2 nights, nice room, excellent customer service. If coming back to Düsseldorf would stay here again. Was easy to find, shops nearby. Room had everything that I needed. Got a good nights sleep.

I have chosen this otel because of NH brand. But it was disappointing. Positives: - Staff. They were always smiling and helped when needed. - Location. Centimeters away from U-bahn station. Meters away from Tram station. Walking distance to central train station. Negatives: - There are several floors. There are three elevators. Most of the time only one, rarely two of them was working. I waited too much for elevator. - Breakfast is served in a room without windows. They do not do it on restaurant area. Even though breakfast buffet is good, eating in a room like warehouse is not nice. - Air conditioning is way too loud. I needed to shut it down every night and had to woke up in a very cold room. - Bathroom amenities are not good. Shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. Glad I had my own. I do not think I will stay there again.
